While therapy may not be for everyone, those that do attend or participate gain a sense of release and relief. Therapy is not a magic cure but does offer a guide for a healthy living and emotional well-being. The goal is to serve you and get you back to a healthy level of functioning. If you for any reason, at any time of your therapy experience feel uncomfortable or that therapy is not right for you, speak with your therapist so that you can discuss other options that fit your needs.
